I painted 2 paper plates for each spider in black using paint.  I then cut out a smaller circle as the head and glued on a pair of eyes.  I used black and purple strips of construction paper as the legs for one spider and for the other used an orange weed chord that we had lying around in the garage.  I used a hole puncher to make holes in the body and strung through cord that we had in the kitchen.

paper plate pumpkins

This is really easy and fun for young kids.  All you do is color in some paper plates to look like pumpkins.  You can get really creative and use glitter.  I used glow in the dark paint for one.  Draw triangles as eyes and a nose.

Witch's cauldron

Take a paper plate and color it in black.  Use paint or markers.  Then cut out the design of the cauldron.  I made mine with goo inside to look like a slimy spell.  I then glued green glitter on the goo.  Lastly, cut a little bit of the the bottom so it is not as round.
